Ascent Gold Prize and Silver Prize Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by Everest Biolabs, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Everest Biolabs”).

2. Promotion

The Everest Biolabs Ascent Gold Prize and Silver Prize Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is a limited-time promotional giveaway conducted in connection with Sponsor’s participation at ISEV2026 in Puerto Rico (the “Event”).

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as Everest Biolabs’ general website Terms and Conditions, available at https://everestbiolabs.com/terms-conditions/, to the extent not inconsistent with these Promotion rules. In the event of a conflict, these Promotion Terms and Conditions control with respect to the Promotion.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

  • are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
  • are legally permitted to participate in and receive promotional prizes under applicable law and their employer’s or institution’s policies; and
  • complete the required entry steps during the Promotion Period.

Employees, officers, and directors of Everest Biolabs, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to win unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, affiliation, and eligibility before awarding any prize.

5. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at April 21, 2026 and ends at April 25, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

6. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible participant must during the Promotion Period:

  1. visit the Everest Biolabs booth at the Event;
  2. complete the giveaway registration form with the requested information; and
  3. submit the form during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.

7. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Promotion. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

8. Prizes

Gold Prize

One (1) eligible entrant will receive one Ascent Instrument from Everest Biolabs (the “Gold Prize”).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): USD $12,500.

Silver Prizes

Twenty-five (25) eligible entrants will each receive either:

  • one box of Apex columns, or
  • one Atlas EV ELISA kit,

as determined by Sponsor in its discretion or as otherwise stated in the promotion materials.
Approximate Retail Value of each Silver Prize: $200-$800.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Gold Prize Presence Requirement

To claim the Gold Prize, the selected Gold Prize winner must be physically present at the Everest Biolabs booth on Saturday April 25, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. local Event time.

If the selected Gold Prize winner is not present at the booth and available to claim the Gold Prize at that time, the selected winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Gold Prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entrants, who must likewise be present and available to claim the prize at that time.

Sponsor’s determination of whether a winner is present and timely available to claim the Gold Prize shall be final.

11. Silver Prize Notification and Claim

Silver Prize winners may be announced at the Event and/or notified using the contact information provided at entry. Sponsor may require winners to respond within a stated period and provide any requested verification information before prize fulfillment. If a selected Silver Prize winner does not respond within the time stated by Sponsor, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

12. Taxes, Duties, Customs, and Fees

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, and foreign taxes, as well as any VAT, GST, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, clearance charges, handling fees, or other governmental assessments or charges associated with receipt, shipment, importation, ownership, or use of any prize.

Without limiting the foregoing, the Gold Prize winner is solely responsible for paying any duties, taxes, customs charges, import fees, and related costs required to receive the Ascent Instrument in the winner’s country, state, province, or institution.

If applicable, the winner may be required to provide tax forms, customs information, importer-of-record information, or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor or its shipping provider before shipment. Failure to provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Prize shipment, if any, will be arranged by Sponsor in its discretion. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, import restrictions, institutional receiving requirements, or failure of delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by a winner.

For the Gold Prize, shipment is subject to product availability, export compliance, destination-country import requirements, and any institutional or legal restrictions applicable to the winner.

14. Verification; Affidavit and Release

As a condition of receiving a prize, Sponsor may require a selected winner to sign and return, where lawful, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability/publicity release, tax documentation, and any other reasonably necessary documents.

If a selected winner fails to complete required documentation within the time specified by Sponsor, that winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

15. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Promotion constitutes permission for Sponsor to use a winner’s name, institution name, city, state/country, likeness, and prize information for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

16. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

  • tampers with the entry process or operation of the Promotion;
  • submits false, incomplete, misleading, or duplicate information;
  • violates these Terms and Conditions;
  • acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner; or
  • is determined by Sponsor to be ineligible.

17. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Everest Biolabs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, event partners, and representatives from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, shipment, delivery, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, corrupted, or misdirected entries;
  • technical, network, electronic, or website malfunctions;
  • human error in administration of the Promotion;
  • failed, delayed, or incomplete prize notifications;
  • customs holds, import denials, or institutional refusal of a shipment; or
  • any inability of a winner to lawfully accept or import a prize.

18. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal issues, Event disruption, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

19. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used by Sponsor for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent mandatory local law applies.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Sponsor Decisions

All decisions by Sponsor regarding the Promotion, eligibility, winner selection, prize substitution, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.
