Atlas ELISA Reader
Compact, high-performance reader
The Atlas ELISA Readers measures absorbance or chemiluminescence across an entire 96-well plate in seconds to minutes. Pair it with the Atlas EV ELISA.
- Measure 96 wells
- Get results in seconds to minutes
- Space-saving benchtop format
- Pairs with the Atlas EV ELISA

96 wells
4 LEDs, 3 sec. reads
< 2 min
Full 96-well plate read
< 1 sheet of paper
Footprint barely bigger than the plate.
Two readers
Absorbance or chemiluminescence
Match the reader to your Atlas EV ELISA format. Read colorimetric absorbance for routine quantification, or luminescence for the sensitive, high-dynamic-range Lumi assay.
Absorbance reader
Colorimetric (TMB) readout
- Reads a full 96-well plate in seconds
- Pairs with the Atlas EV ELISA (Absorbance) and any absorbance ELISA kit
- Best for routine yield and QC across cohorts
Chemiluminescence reader
Luminescence readout
- For the Atlas Lumi (chemiluminescence) ELISA
- Wider dynamic range and a lower limit of detection
- Enables sensitive and custom (Homebrew) detection
One workflow
Read out what you isolate
Quantify EV yield and quality straight from the Atlas EV ELISA: the same assay that validates Ascent and Summit isolation runs and Apex SEC fractions.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does the reader measure?
The Atlas ELISA Reader measures absorbance simultaneously across a 96-well plate.
How long does it take to measure a plate?
Seconds to minutes, depending on the reader, it measures an entire 96-well plate at once.
Can it be used with ELISA kits from other suppliers?
Yes. The reader reads absorbance ELISA kits from other suppliers, in addition to the Atlas EV ELISA.
Is a chemiluminescence reader available?
Yes. Alongside the absorbance reader, a chemiluminescence reader is available for the Atlas Lumi (chemiluminescence) ELISA: giving a wider dynamic range and a lower limit of detection for sensitive and custom (Homebrew) detection.
